The Management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced Tuesday, 7th July, 2026, as the commencement date for the 2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 Orientation Course for Corps Members deployed to Niger State.
A statement by the Director of Information and Public Relations of the corps, Caroline Embu, said “as a result of the ongoing renovation of the Orientation Camp in Paiko, by the Niger State Government, the Orientation Course for Corps Members deployed to Niger would now hold at the NYSC FCT Permanent Orientation Camp in Kubwa, Abuja.”
It said registration starts on Tuesday, 7th July and the cut-off date would be midnight of Thursday 9th July, 2026.
The Swearing-in Ceremony for the 21 days Orientation Course will hold on Thursday, 9th July, 2026, while the closing ceremony is slated for Monday, 27th July, 2026.
